The mold is maintained by first removing the plastic from the mold, then thoroughly cleaning it, and reassembling the mold with a white PTEE lubricant. Many plastics are easy to accumulate dust, which is difficult to clean and costly. Therefore, the best prevention method is to cover the injection parts frequently and try to avoid moving the parts because the injection parts are easy to wear (in fact, the injection parts are lightly touched each other).
